Shannon M. Hayes
I began my career in hair design in Indianapolis, IN in 1978, then relocated to Boston, MA in 1980 where I worked as a hair designer for 13 years. I loved Boston and enjoyed working as a stylist all those years but really needed a dramatic change. I have always had a life-long passion for learning and doing hair as well as interest in Astrology. This interest inspired me and in 1993' I relocated to Seattle, WA, where I currently live. it was here I began a study of Evolutionary Astrology with Laura Nalbandian and completed a certification course in Evolutionary Astrology with Maurice Fernandez.
I have been studying Astrology and giving natal chart readings for about 20 years and it is my passion.
Recently I have been studying Mayan Astrology with Mark Elmy. This particular Astrology compliments Evolutionary Astrology, allowing me to integrate my chart analysis with both systems.
Once a month I am a regular speaker in a Cosmic Collaboration panel on the talk radio show "Talk Cosmos" with Sue Minahan and Amanda Pierce. We discuss a variety of topics which cover current transits and world events that have an affect both personally and globally. Each month relates to a particular zodiac sign and carries that energy throughout, so the energies of both signs and transiting planets determine the theme surrounding out talk. The radio station is 1150 KKNW and is also online.
